The freshest local produceStraight from our farm and kitchen Garden

We believe in the provenance and quality of all our food and have a philosophy of measuring our food in metres not miles and focus our food on the south west and it’s great produce.

  • Our Farm

Situated 2 miles from The Queens Arms is our smallholding, our fair has grown steadily over the past few years. Our chickens roam freely in the field by day before spending the night tucked up in their sheds on fresh grass and hay. Wee have a mix of Gloucester Old Spot and Saddleback cross pigs that live in a two and half acre paddock and enjoy a diet of surplus milk, fruit and vegetables. In addition we have a pampered herd of Belted Galloways and Jersey cows and we are looking forward to them becoming a more substantial element of our farm over the next two years.

  • Kitchen Garden

    Kitchen Garden
Several years ago we formed a strong partnership with our neighbour to provide us with locally grown seasonal fruit and vegetables from their walled kitchen garden. Head Chef works with them to plant outstanding produce which is used daily in our kitchen.

    Herb Garden
Three years ago we established our own herb garden, Chefs and staff pop out of a regulate basis to collect parsley, fennel, mint, rosemary and thyme for cooking or garnishes.
