I wanted to write personally to you to say what a really lovely time we had with you at the Queen’s Arms. The food was some of the best we have had for a long time, the pub itself is really special and very welcoming ….Harry looked after us and I have rarely come across someone who can combine efficiency, courtesy, accuracy, humour and style so that the overall service is nothing short of first class plus.

One of the happiest afternoons I have had for a long, long while and rest assured we will be back. My only sadness is that we live over 70 miles away so we will not be with you on a daily basis!

And your staff exemplary, always polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the pub, food and drink and a host of other subjects.

The Queens Arms ‘Dining Experience’ was a memorable one and this was due to the talented Chefs and Staff. The establishment had a wonderful decor, ambience and to cap it all, our meal was delicious and thoroughly enjoyable and as stated previously this was due to the dedication, skills, and commitment of all concerned. Superlative!!

To put this into perspective, regarding our ‘Taste of the West’ experience to date, The Queens Arms is the best establishment that we have judged so far
