But life has NOT always been a bed of roses! Stories of which you will hear about in this talk and how those experiences have shaped where she is now and how she teaches.

During this fun session Polly will explain the benefits of cultivating a positive mindset but also alert you to the potential pitfalls that can work against you! Get ready to increase your resilience through the power of positive thinking.

You will come away from this talk feeling uplifted and inspired with a fresh perspective of what fortune surrounds you and a better understanding of how your mind works and how you can learn to control your thoughts in a way that benefits you.
