Hand dived scallops baked in their shell, wild garlic butter
Charred mackerel, coal roasted beetroot, hung youghrt, horseradish, dill
Whole plaice cooked over apple wood, sauce vierge
Served with sides of asparagus, Jersey royal potatoes and runner beans all cooked over the fire.
and to finish, Grilled pears in Corton Denham honey, cinnamon marscapone and walnut cake
Wines picked to accompany each of the dishes.
