The kitchen team will lighting our wood fire BBQ to bring you a selection of fishes cooked over an open flame. It promises to be a fishy feast!

Menu

Hand dived scallops baked in their shell, wild garlic butter

Charred mackerel, coal roasted beetroot, hung yoghurt, horseradish, dill

Whole plaice cooked over applewood, sauce vierge

Served with sides of asparagus, Jersey royal potatoes and runner beans all cooked over the fire.

and to finish, Grilled pears in Corton Denham honey, cinnamon mascarpone and walnut cake

Wines from Berkamann Wine cellars have been hand picked to accompany each of the dishes.
