Ode to Ottolenghi

Yotam Ottolenghi has been an inspiration to so many cooks and chefs, and perhaps single handedly put pomegrante molasses the UK map.  When working at Leiths Shcool of Food and Wine I was lucky enough to meet him as he often came over to demonstrate his dishes. He was always delightful, calm and had time for everyone, and unsuprisingly his cookery class days sold out in seconds.

In homage to his unique style we are creating a menu that celebrates the fusion of Middle Eastern and British cuisines. Think of dishes bursting with flavour and spice to liven up a dark winters day.
