Join us for a seafood feast.  The chef's will be pulling out all the stops to create a mouthwatering menu think, hand dived scallops baked in their shell with wild garlic butter, Charred mackerel, coal roasted beetroot, hung yogurt with horseradish and dill, Whole plaice cooked over applewood, sauce vierge, served with asparagus and Jersey royal potatoes, finished off by a delicious pudding.

We are delighted to have Soverign wines attending, they will be carefully selecting and pairing their wine with our dishes and talking you through the wines.
